Brad Pitt's selling his $13.75 million Malibu beach house (Photos)
Brad Pitt is selling his 4,088-square foot Mid-Century Modern house in the coastal community of Malibu, California for $13.75 million.

Pitt bought the property for about $8.4 million in late 2004, months before his first wife Jennifer Aniston filed for divorce in March 2005. The actor does not currently live in the home and he and his current partner, Angelina Jolie, own houses elsewhere in! Los Ang eles as well as in New Orleans.
Pitt's Malibu house was put on the market in August, but photos only recently emerged, real estate listings show.
The home overlooks the ocean and boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a tennis court, a lap pool, fireplaces, security and sound systems and a path to a sandy beach cove. The house was built in 1962 on some 1.26 acres and was renovated several years ago by architect Chris Sorenson.
