Brad Pitt buys Soviet era tank

London, November 13 : Brad Pitt has bought a Soviet era T54 Russian tank that was used as a prop in an upcoming movie.

The tank, which is currently being shipped to LA, was part of the set for his upcoming zombie disaster movie World War Z that being shot in Budapest, Hungary.

The weapons used in the film have already got Pitt in trouble with law enforcement.

They came with paperwork claiming they were non-functional, but turned out to be in working order.

Few weeks ago, a SWAT team raided the warehouse holding weapons being used in the movie, angering the actor as his company Plan B Entertainment is producing the flick.

"The film is already over budget and over schedule, Brad is furious," the Daily Mail quoted a source as telling Us magazine.

However, the authorities did not blame him as they believed that the movie company's employees must have made a mistake.

World War Z is scheduled to be released in December 2012.
