Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolies Wedding: Could it Happen by Christmas?

Brad Pitt is finally talking about his wedding to Angie.

Will she be a Christmas bride?

Angelina Jolie's long-awaited wedding to Brad Pitt could be happening very soon. The actor has been doing a lot of talking as he promotes his new film, "Killing Them Softly," and the couple's impending marriage has been one of the hot topics.

"I am getting more pressure from my kids, and it is something I want to do within their lifetime, but I also feel like the time has come," Pitt recently said of marrying his longtime love. "The time is nigh." (Nigh? Who says "nigh" anymore?)

"It's soon," Pitt added. "I got a good feeling about it."

The couple's six children - Maddox, 11, Pax, 8, Zahara, 7, Shiloh, 6, and 4-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne - have long been asking for their parents to tie the knot. The couple finally caved and got engaged last spring, despite a past pledge of never marrying until "everyone can."

But what better Christmas present to give to six kids who already have everything money can buy?

Earlier this year, Pitt told the Hollywood Reporter, "It seems to mean more and more to our kids. We made this declaration some time ago that we weren't going to do it till everyone can. But I don't think we'll be able to hold out. It means so much to my kids, and they ask a lot. And it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment."

In an interview with "Nightline," Jolie also dished on her kids' wedding wishes. "They have asked, yeah, because ... people get married in the movies," she said. "Shrek and Fiona are married, you know?"

Winter wedding or not, Christmas at the Jolie-Pitt house is sure to be a busy affair.

According to UK's The Sun, Pitt has already hired TV chef Jamie Oliver to cook the family's holiday feast. Oliver will join the family at their Surrey mansion to prepare Christmas dinner, but could this be a wedding catering job in disguise?

And the Italian women's magazine Grazia recently reported that Jolie met with designer L'Wren Scott to discuss wedding gowns, so perhaps Santa will be leaving an extra big box under the Jolie-Pitt Christmas tree.

Speaking of Santa, Pitt's not a fan. After his kids were spotted mailing off letters to the North Pole, he to! ld E! News, "I'm not a real big on the whole Santa thing, by the way. I thought it was a huge act of betrayal when I was a kid. I didn't like that. When I found out the truth, I was like, 'Why, why, why would you lie to me, why? So what I tell them is some people believe it's Santa, and some people believe it's parents, and you get to believe whatever you want."

Oh well, at least he still believes in love!
