Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Meryl Streep, Michelle Williams Set for Orange British Academy Film Awards Appearance

LONDON Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Jean Dujardin, Michael Fassbender and Gary Oldman are all dusting off their dinner jackets for this years Orange British Academy Film Awards.

Organizers said all five actors, nominated in the leading actor category for the British Academy Film and Television Arts nods, are confirmed to attend on Sunday Feb. 12 in the British capital.

And the leading actress nominations are also scheduled to set the fashion flashbulbs popping on the ceremonys red carpet with Brnice Bejo, Meryl Streep, Michelle Williams, Tilda Swindon and Viola Davis all rsvp'ing to say theyll be there.

The fact that all nominees in the acting categories have said theyre coming is an indicator of just how close this years race to the podium is. But gone are the days when there are empty nomination seats at the U.K.s premiere movie awards shindig.

Hosted by Stephen Fry, the ceremony is scheduled for broadcast on BBC One at 9.00 p.m. with a special red carpet show aired on BBC Three at 7.30 p.m., hosted by Edith Bowman.

Other nominees confirmed to date include Adam Deacon, Chris Hemsworth, Eddie Redmayne, Jessica Chastain, Jim Broadbent, Jonah Hill, Judi Dench, Kenneth Branagh, Kristen Wiig, Lynne Ramsay, Michel Hazanavicius, Octavia Spencer, Ralph Fiennes! , Tom Hiddleston and Tomas Alfredson.

Organizers also said Martin Scorsese will be on hand to pick up a BAFTA Fellowship and John Hurt, recipient of the outstanding British contribution to cinema plaudit, will also be there.

Other familiar faces set to boost media and public interest includeAnil Kapoor, Brnice Marlohe, Billy Bob Thornton, Chris O'Dowd, Christina Hendricks, Christina Ricci, Colin Firth, Cuba Gooding Jr, Daniel Radcliffe, Gillian Anderson, Hayley Atwell, Helena Bonham Carter, Henry Cavill, Holliday Grainger, Jeremy Irvine, Jessica Brown Findlay, Jon Hamm, Naomie Harris, Noomi Rapace, Paul Bettany and Penlope Cruz.
