His trainer, Gergory Joujon-Roche, prescribes an intense programme of running, weight training and conditioning moves that work different muscle areas.
Try this: Lie face-up on a workout bench with your feet flat on the floor.
Hold a barbell with a wide overhand grip.
Lower the weight to the top of your chest then push the bar upward until your arms are fully extended.
Do 15 repetitions.
