Tyson: Seeing Pitt with ex made me 'wet noodle'

Even before his fame peaked, Brad Pitt could makemen jealous, even boxing legend Mike Tyson.

Tyson talked to Conan OBrien on "Conan" Tuesday about a time he encountered the actorwith Tyson'sex-wife, Robin Givens.

Theformer heavyweight champion said he would routinely check in with Givens, hoping to rekindle their flame.

So, even though you were divorced, you would sometimes go over to her house? OBrien asked Tyson.

"Yes!" the boxer quickly snapped back.

Tyson then recalled a morning when he went to Givens house and found no one home. Shortly after, the actress drove up with the handsome Brad Pitt.

Upon their arrival, Tyson was devastated, knowing his chances with Givens were now slim to none.

I was just emotionally comatose, remembered the former heavyweight champion. I went from a hard stallion to a wet noodle.

Pitt and Givens dated brieflyaround 1989,prior to Pitts rise to fame. As OBrien pointed out though, Tyson couldn't have been the only one shocked.

I gotta think, Brad Pitt sees you, hes gotta be scared, said the comedian. Because hes pulling up with your ex-wife at her house and youre sitting there in a car.

Replied Tyson, I had no energy to fight or anything.

Tyson appeared on Conan to promote his one-man stage performance, Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth Live on Stage, which is set to run April 13-18 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The set will include personal stories about the boxers life and romantic relationships.

Finally, a story I can relate to, joked OBrien.
