Ice Age's Keke Palmer Wants Brad Pitt For Christian In 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' Movie

Keke Palmer may be topping the box-office with 'Ice Age: Continental Drift', but she readily admits that she's recently had her eye on some rather more adult entertainment, as she said that she's a bit of a 'Fifty Shades Of Grey' afficionado.

This created controversy, as the starlet is seen as one of Hollywood's most squeaky clean, with no sex-tapes, in-flight fracas or stays in rehab behind her. Yet she very much has her opinions on the novel and has a surprising casting choice to play Christian in the movie.

The star told The Urban Daily: "I cant really see anyone whos hot right now playing the role. When I imagine Christian Grey, I think of a younger Brad Pittvery dreamy, romantic and masculine."

Well, Mr Pitt does have experience of reversing the aging process, as he starred as Benjamin Button in the movie that saw a man age backwards. However chances are the role will go to a younger actor than Pitt, who's 48.

The front runners for the role of Christian include Ryan Gosling and Ian Somerhalder, though Keke obviously isn't a fan.

More likely perhaps to be involved is Brad's spouse Angelina Jolie, who's rumoured to want to direct the film.

On whether she should be reading the novel at all at her tender age (18) the singer-songwriter and actress was unrepentant, saying: "Is that a joke? Who do they expect to read these books, 50 year old women? Its for young women, Im a college student!"
