As Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie perfect their home-made French wedding wine, first harvest is a sell-out

Wine created by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie has sold out in just five hours.

The couple collaborated with the wine-making Perrin family to produce a range created on their Chateau Miraval estate in France.

And the venture seemed to be a huge success - all 6,000 bottles of Miraval Rose 2012 sold out within hours of going on sale Thursday morning.

The sale started at 9am, and all the bottles were sold out by 2pm,' a representative tells E! News.

Brangelina were very hands-on in designing the bottle of the Jolie-Pitt and Perrin wine, with Brad recently revealing: We are intimately involved and quite enthused over the wine project with our friends the Perrin family.'

Marc Perrin adds: We talked a lot and did the first harvest together.

They are very demanding in seeking excellence in quality and character of the wine.'

The success of Miraval Rose 2012 will come as a good sign to Brad, 49, and Angelina, 37, who a planning to serve their own wine at their upcoming wedding.
