'World War Z' new trailer: Brad Pitt searches for a zombie cure

World War Z's new trailer has been unveiled.

Brad Pitt stars in the blockbuster as Gerry Lane, a United Nations worker who finds himself confronted by waves of the undead after a worldwide zombie pandemic.

The movie is based on Max Brooks's best-selling novel World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War.

The supporting cast includes The Killing's Mireille Enos, James Badge Dale and Lost star Matthew Fox.

Quantum of Solace director Marc Forster is behind the camera for Paramount's big-budget adaptation.
