Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie wedding set for this weekend?
CHRISTOPHE KARABA/EPABrad Pitt and Angelina Jolie may be getting married this weekend at their French estate.
With preparations reportedly underway for a huge party at Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's Provencal estate and Pitt's parents and friends already at the chateau, this can only mean one thing: Headlines next week screaming "Jen's Secret Anguish!"
Yes, it appears that Pitt and Jolie, who have been together, more or less, since co-starring in 1995's "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" (when Pitt was still married to Jennifer Aniston), are finally going to tie the knot.
Pitt once said that he and Jolie wouldn't marry while gays were not afforded to the same legal right, but with gay marriage now legal in six states, including New York, apparently that's no longer an issue.
And the couple has also said that their six children -- Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox and Vivienne -- have long wanted to see them wed. "It's seems to mean more and more to our kids," Pitt told the Hollywood Reporter in January. "We made this declaration some time ago that we weren't going to [get married] till everyone can. But I don't think we'll be able to hold out; it means something to me, too, to make that kind of commitment.'
According to Britain's the Sun, Pitt's parents have arrived at Chateau Miraval, along with jeweler Robert Procop, who made Jolie's $250,000 diamond and platinum engagement ring, and pal George Clooney is a hop, skip and a private jet away at his Lake Como estate.
According to the Daily Mail, the couple began building a large reception hall on the estate soon after their engagement was revealed in April, and aerial photos show it's next to the estate's chapel.
