Ellen DeGeneres Sells Brad Pitt's House for $13 Million (Report)

Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi have sold Brad Pitt's Malibu home -- rather, the home the movie star once owned -- for $13 million, reports the blog Real Estalker (via Us Weekly).

The couple purchased Pitt's former bachelor pad for $12 million in December 2011, and then flipped it. The home, perched on a bluff, overlooks the Pacific and has a sleek, modern style befitting Pitt's interest in architecture. It also has a pool, tennis court, giant chandeliers and private beach entry.

In June, Victoria Jackson, who has a line of cosmetics and is married to infomercial mogul Bill Guthy, snapped up the property for the aforementioned $13 mill.

Seven years ago, Pitt bought the house for $4.8 million after splitting from Jennifer Aniston, Us Weekly reports.

In further proof that Los Angeles is a very, very small place where celebrities constantly buy and sell each other's homes: back in May, Ryan Seacrest bought DeGeneres' Beverly Hills compound for between $37-$40 million.
